With over 25 years of experience in human development and education, Cuauhtli Arau is a strategist of personal, organizational, and social development. A PhD in Senior Management, psychotherapist, and visual artist, he is also the creator of innovative methodologies for self-awareness, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

As Vice President and CEO of Óllin Detlani - Luz en Movimiento, he promotes initiatives that integrate art, film, and education, fostering learning and social development in children, youth, and adults from vulnerable communities. His work promotes inclusion and growth through cultural and educational projects.

With deep roots in a family of artists and educators, Cuauhtli honors the hopeful vision of his grandfather, maestro Alfonso Arau, who envisioned this community project as a living classroom where essential education through film renews and strengthens communities. Thus, heritage, passion, and experience intertwine in his purpose: to build a future where learning is creating, undertaking, and growing. His leadership not only informs but also generates a positive and sustainable impact for the people.
