OLLIN DETLANI is a group of three non-profit organizations:

1. The main entity, Ollin Detlani, will create six local jobs to manage the cinema's operations: a manager, a secretary-accountant, a projectionist, two cleaning staff, and security. There will be a budget for salaries, insurance, movie rentals, and maintenance.

2. The Film Distributor, responsible for acquiring children's films from around the world and art-house films for adults.

3. The construction company, dedicated to building movie theaters. The goal is to build a movie theater for each of Mexico's 59 indigenous communities over the next five years.

   FINANCE

   Funding for the construction of the cinemas is expected to come from the philanthropic foundations of major international companies, including Apple, Amazon, Tesla, Berkshire Hathaway, Nvidia, Aramco, Facebook, Tencent, Alibaba Group, TSMC, Broadcom, Alphabet (Google), Meta, AMD, Femsa, Grupo Bimbo, El Puerto de Liverpool, América Móvil, Grupo Chedraui, Cemex, Arca Continental, and Grupo Lala.

   a) Ollin Detlani, through its IRS Section 501(c)(3), will provide these companies with tax-deductible receipts applicable in the U.S. or in donor countries.

   b) A permanent fundraising campaign will be conducted to receive donations from companies, foundations, or individuals, for any amount, in cash or in kind, to cover additional operational needs and support the self-development efforts of local communities and their peoples.
